Viviana Romeo commenced her journey with Bear's Paw as the Member Services Coordinator in September 2019. In 2021, She was promoted to her current role as Membership and Marketing Director. Viviana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication/Public Relations from Florida Gulf Coast University and brings a wealth of experience in customer service and sales to her role.

Hailing from Marco Island, Viviana is a genuine Florida native. In her free time, she takes pleasure in beach excursions with her husband, two children, and their cherished goldendoodle, Rosco.
