Sean Redding is thrilled to be the General Manager/COO of Bear’s Paw as of March 2021. Having been raised in a family restaurant, Sean has an instilled passion for hospitality that he has built his career on. Prior to joining Bear’s Paw, he held management positions at several prestigious golf and country clubs, including Windstar on the Bay, Royal Poinciana, and Bellerive. On a personal note, Sean is a Naples native who enjoys boating and going to the beach. He has a wife, Ashley, three children, Lyla, Liviana, and Lawson, and a Goldendoodle, Teddy.
